Emilia Myklebust is a Norwegian politician and former People's Representative of the Norwegian Labour Republic. She is a member of the Libertarian Sect of the Communist Party of Norway and of the Politburo of Norway.

In 1998, she was given the nickname, "The Darling of Norway" during a press conference considering the possibility of a Icelandic referendum to leave the U.K. and join the Norwegian Labour Republic, by Derek Livingston.

Early Life Edit

Emilja Myklebust was born on September 4, 1971, in Oslo, Norway, to Hans and Dana Myklebust. She was raised to be a politician and wanted to eventually become the leader of Norway.

She excelled in school and graduated at the age of 15. She was allowed to attend the University of Hawaii from 1986 until she graduated in 1989. In 1990 she came back to Norway where she was accepted into the Politburo. She was only 18 at the time.

Politics Edit

She joined the Libertarian Socialist Sect of Norway in early 1991. Later that year, Jens Hansen died due to complications with his heart. Too her surprise, she was elected as the People's Representative of the Politburo that following day (due to her popularity among young Norwegians).

Same-sex Marriage Edit

Her first call to action was to legalize same-sex marriage. She used her political power to encourage the Politburo to take action in support of gay marriage. It was finally legalized in 1993. That following year, over 4,000 same-sex couples moved to Norway to get married.

Icelandic Referendum Edit

In 1995, there was a growing popularity among Icelandic people of leaving the UK and joining Norway.

In 1998, it got so popular that Myklebust and former prime minister, Derek Livingston had a meeting discussing the connotations of the UK handing over Iceland to Norway. It ended prematurely with Livingston telling her that "the men in your country should keep their votes out of their pants!" implying that people only voted for her because she was conventionally attractive. He then preceded to call her a "lesbian bitch" during a leaked private room conference with his friend, John Gallingston.

Personal Life Edit

Religion Edit

Emilja was born into the Church of Norway and she stayed in the church until April 27, 1999 at the age of 27 when she stopped caring (basically being an apatheist)

During her years as a member of the church of Norway, she started out describing herself as a believer in Jesus, she then took the conclusion that the reason for most conflicts in the world and world-socialism not happening is that it was all a part of God's plan.

On her 16th birthday, she decided to tell her parents about her becoming a deist, saying that she doesn't believe god really cares about the earth and doesn't ever do anything with human beings. She still attended the church, but had a different take on religion than others.

She remained that way for ten years until she decided that in 1997 she would become an "agnostic christian". Saying that she still believed in a god but that she felt like she couldn't be exactly sure on whether or not a god exists.

In 1999 she changed her view again, saying that now she simply doesn't care whether a god exists or not.

"Whether or not a god exists or not is irrelevant to the world stage, I don't care if your a christian or not, neither does the state, and neither is it relevant to anything that matters."
She has remained an apatheist ever since then. Because of the promoted "state atheism" in Norway, Myklebust would only talk about religion in meetings in the UK or France.

Sexuality Edit

Emilja came out as gay to his mother and father around the same time as she came out as a deist. Initially, they didn't take it well. She remembers them telling her that she should "see a doctor" about her "condition". It wasn't until a full year had passed that they had actually sucked up to her.

When she became the People's Representative of Norway, one of her first accomplishments was using her political power to legalize gay marriage and make laws against hate crimes towards homosexuals.

Family Edit

She married twice, once with Anna Gibson in 1994. They adopted two children, Henri (12) and Sara (7) in 1996. Henri (now 32) is a lawyer working in Hansenby, Norway (Sarpsborg, Norway) and Sara is a doctor-in-training in Hawaii.

Anna and Emilja eventually got a divorce in 2007 due to Anna having problems with drinking. Emilja remarried to Elsa Telemann in 2012.
